We should remember that saunas should be used with the head. This means that we should not overdo the sessions. The most common recommendation is to take a sauna twice a week for about 20 minutes. 

Can everyone use the sauna?

No! It is very important to know that with some health problems, saunas should not be used. These include: certain cardiovascular diseases, systemic diseases, varicose veins, skin diseases. In such cases, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Also, pregnant women and children under 10 years of age should approach sauning with caution.
